We have a facility with our bank, Natwest, to make immediate bank to bank transfers. You will be able to call your bank (or check online using internet banking) to confirm the money from selling your car online is in your bank account before we leave with your car. What if the car I want to sell has been damaged in an accident?
If the used car you want to sell is a damaged or broken car we may, depending on the level of damage, still buy it. You fill out our request a quote form or contact us by phone or email to discuss it further.
I want to sell my car but I still owe money on it. Will you still buy it?
As long as the car you want to sell is worth more than the outstanding finance, we are happy to pay off the car loan and pay you the the remainder of the agreed price.
What if I owe more on my car than it is worth? Will you still buy it?
We will still buy your car, so long as the balance outstanding is paid to either the finance company or ourselves.
I have a car to sell, but have lost the registration document. Can I still sell my car to you?
